Can't hear the audio?

Not working?

If you can't hear any sounds, including your Nag file, check your speakers.

If they are separate to your PC, check they are turned on and that the volume is turned up.

Also, check that you don't have headphones plugged in - or if you do, that you are wearing them. If you are using headphones, there may be a volume control in the cable or on the headset.

If that doesn't help, or if your speakers are built in to the monitor, check the little speaker icon in the task bar at the bottom right of the screen. It should look like this.

If it looks like this, with a red 'mute' symbol

- then the volume is turned off.

Whether you have a red 'mute' symbol or not, click on the speaker icon and a slider will pop up.

Here we can check that the volume is not set too low to hear.

If you have a 'mute' symbol, click on the little blue speaker icon (above the word 'Mixer') and it should disappear.

Adjust the volume with the slider.

Click anywhere on the screen to close the slider.

Test your speakers by clicking Play on this media player.
